B-roll Clips (V2) Workflow
The B-roll Clips workflow allows you to enhance your main video by inserting B-roll footage at AI-suggested moments. This guide covers the complete process from project creation to final render.

What it does: Analyzes your main video's transcript and suggests optimal points to insert B-roll clips, then renders the final composed video.
Best for: - Documentary production - Sermon enhancement - Educational content - Interview videos
Time required: 15-30 minutes (depending on video length)
Step 1: Create a New Project
- Click "New Project" from the dashboard
- Enter a descriptive project name
- Optionally add a project description
- Click "Create"
💡 Tip: Use descriptive names like "Q1 Marketing - Product Demo" for easy organization.
Step 2: Upload Main Video
Uploading Your Video
- Navigate to the project workspace
- Drag and drop your video file, or click to browse
- Wait for upload to complete

Upload Transcript
- Click "Upload Transcript"
- Select your SRT/VTT/TXT file
- The system parses and validates the file

Step 4: Add B-roll Source
You have two options for providing B-roll footage:
Option A: Upload Video File
- Click "Upload B-roll Video"
- Select your B-roll source video
- Wait for upload and processing
Option B: YouTube URL
- Click "Add YouTube URL"
- Paste the YouTube video URL
- The system downloads and processes the video
💡 Tip: YouTube sources work well for documentaries using archival or stock footage.
Step 5: Select Content Type
Choose the content type that best matches your project:
Documentary Mode
- Optimized for informational content
- Focuses on visual relevance to narration
- Longer clip durations allowed
TV Show Mode
- Faster pacing
- Shorter clip segments
- Entertainment-focused placement
Sermon Mode
- Respectful of speaking rhythm

- Avoids interrupting key points
Step 6: Run AI Analysis

- Click "Analyze" or "Start Analysis"

- Manual Only: Use only your markers
- Combined: Merge AI suggestions with your markers
Step 10: Render Final Video
Choose Render Mode
