Browser Requirements

VidStitch is a web-based application that works best with modern browsers.

  • Local storage enabled
  • Cookies enabled (for authentication)

💡 Tip: A stable connection is more important than raw speed. Avoid uploading on unreliable networks.

Account Requirements

Authentication

  • Valid email address required
  • Email verification may be required
  • Password requirements:
  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number

Storage Quota

  • Default: 5 GB per account
  • Can be increased based on plan

Daily Limits

  • Default render quota: 5 renders per day
  • Resets at midnight UTC

For Preview Rendering (Browser-based)

Since Preview mode uses your browser's processing power:

For Production Rendering (Cloud-based)

Production rendering happens in the cloud, so minimal local resources are needed: - Any device that can run a modern browser - Stable internet connection

VidStitch is optimized for desktop use. Mobile devices can: - ✅ View projects - ✅ Monitor progress - ⚠️ Limited editing capabilities - ⚠️ Upload may be slower
